1937 Allis Chalmers WC owned and restored by
Owen Hinkle, Newberg, Oregon.
This tractor was bought new by Owens Grandfather
(the same year Owen was born) in
Albion, Nebraska...but has found it`s way to Oregon
where Owen restored it back to like new!!

OUTSTANDING job David!!! 

Tractor is a 1950 Allis Chalmers WD that Mom and Dad purchased new.   It was the only tractor Dad had for farming 120 acres for many years.   When Mom and Dad moved to town in 1979 the tractor was sold to a neighbor.   We got it back around 1983 and have used it in our "play farming" operation until about 2 years ago when we took it apart.  Every inch of the tractor had the paint removed.   It then went to the painter who did the body work, primed and painted it.   We took the painted pieces, reassembled and back for touch up.   Tractor has never had a major overhaul and still could pull 3 14`s.   It will not do that again as it is retired. 

Very special tractor...and family!!
